1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the GHLVerse website and any services, content, resources, forms, automations, or other offerings we make available (collectively, the “Services”). “GHLVerse,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the GHLVerse business operating this website.
By accessing the website, submitting a form, booking a call, purchasing or engaging our Services, or otherwise using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website features or Services. Additional written terms may apply to a particular project or purchase; if they conflict with these Terms, the specific written agreement will govern that project or purchase to the extent of the conflict.
2. Our services
GHLVerse provides business-focused services that may include CRM setup, GoHighLevel implementation, AI and workflow automation, lead-generation systems, sales funnels, follow-up workflows, snapshots, training, consulting, and related digital resources. The exact scope, deliverables, timing, dependencies, and fees for a particular engagement will be described in the applicable proposal, checkout page, order, or written agreement.
Website descriptions and general discussions are for informational purposes and do not, by themselves, guarantee that a particular feature, result, integration, or deliverable is included in a service engagement. We will confirm the agreed scope before beginning work where a separate agreement or proposal is required.
3. Eligibility and account access
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for protecting credentials or access details under your control. Notify us promptly if you believe an account, credential, or service access has been used without authorization. Do not share access in a way that violates your agreements with a third-party platform.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the website or Services to violate applicable law, regulations, or another person’s rights.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized communications, including spam.
- Upload or provide content that you do not have the right to use, share, or authorize us to process.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of our providers, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Misuse automation, CRM, messaging, or marketing features in a way that violates platform rules or applicable consent, privacy, or marketing requirements.
You are responsible for your business decisions, the accuracy and legality of the data and content you supply, obtaining any required permissions or consents, and reviewing the operation of systems deployed for your business. You must ensure your use of email, SMS, calling, messaging, advertising, and data-processing tools complies with the laws and platform policies that apply to you.
5. Fees, billing, and payments
Fees, payment timing, subscription terms, renewal details, taxes, and any cancellation or refund conditions will be stated in the applicable proposal, checkout page, invoice, or separate written agreement. You agree to pay the amounts you authorize under those terms.
Unless the applicable written terms say otherwise, third-party platform subscriptions, usage charges, messaging fees, advertising spend, domains, phone numbers, and other external costs are separate from GHLVerse service fees and remain your responsibility. We will not represent an external provider’s fees or policies as being controlled by GHLVerse.
If a payment is overdue, we may give notice and, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, pause affected work or access until the issue is resolved. Any refund, cancellation, or recurring billing rights will be governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.
6. Third-party platforms and integrations
The Services may connect with or rely on third-party platforms, including CRM, hosting, payment, analytics, communication, scheduling, AI, and automation providers. Those platforms are operated independently and may have their own terms, fees, privacy notices, availability limits, and acceptable-use policies.
You are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts required for your project and complying with the terms that apply to them. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, pricing, or decisions made by independent providers. We will make reasonable efforts to explain relevant dependencies when they are part of an agreed project scope.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website and its original content, branding, design, text, graphics, and materials are owned by GHLVerse or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property to you.
You may use publicly available website materials for their intended informational purpose, but may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from them without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
For project deliverables, templates, automations, snapshots, and other materials supplied as part of a paid engagement, ownership and usage rights are determined by the applicable proposal or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains rights to materials, tools, methods, and intellectual property it owned or developed independently of the engagement. You grant us permission to use the content and information you provide only as reasonably needed to perform the agreed Services and meet our obligations.
8. Information and confidentiality
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through a general inquiry form unless the relevant process specifically requests it and appropriate arrangements have been made. If we exchange confidential information as part of a project, each party should use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for the purposes of the engagement, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains relevant information practices and should be read alongside these Terms.
9. Availability, updates, and support
We aim to keep the website and Services useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Features may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical, business, or third-party reasons.
Support availability, response times, maintenance, revisions, and post-launch assistance depend on the service package or written agreement that applies to you. A response-time statement on the website is a general expectation and is not a service-level guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Disclaimers and no guaranteed results
The website and general educational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every page, resource, integration, or feature will always be available, accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, operations, data quality, budget, third-party systems, and implementation. Any examples or illustrations of potential performance are not promises or guarantees of future results. Except for commitments expressly stated in an applicable written agreement, we do not guarantee a particular number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, savings, or other business outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GHLVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the website or Services, even if advised that such losses were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability arising from a specific paid engagement will be subject to the limitations, exclusions, and remedies in the applicable written agreement. If no separate agreement addresses liability, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the website or Services will be limited to the amount you paid directly to GHLVerse for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to it, or, for use of the free website alone, a reasonable amount where required by law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, content or data you provide without the necessary rights or permissions, or your violation of third-party platform terms or applicable law. This section does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website at any time. Ending a paid service, subscription, or project is governed by the applicable proposal, checkout terms, or written agreement, including any notice, payment, and cancellation requirements.
We may suspend access or terminate an engagement where permitted by the applicable agreement or law, including where necessary to address a material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, or a third-party platform restriction. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including applicable payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to the relevant relationship and transaction, without applying conflict-of-law rules to the extent they would require otherwise. The appropriate forum and any mandatory consumer or other legal rights will be determined under applicable law and any enforceable written agreement between the parties.
If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version was published. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Where required by law or an applicable agreement, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
16. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms except as permitted by applicable law or with our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.
